For INTune Radio CIC to be able to commission and use your contribution we ask you fill in the following details. This enables us to know you're happy for us to use and if necessary to edit your contribution as sometimes is necessary. For full details please review the notes below the form. Thank you.

Thank you for Contributing

By sending this form You agree to the following terms.

• You acknowledge the nature and purpose of Your Contribution has been explained to you.
• You agree to the recording and/or broadcasting of Your Contribution and assign to Us all rights in Your Contribution for Us to use it worldwide in perpetuity in all media known now or in the future.
• To the best of Your knowledge and belief, Your Contribution will not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third party or be defamatory.
• You have read the Data Protection & Privacy terms below and accept them.
• We may edit, copy, adapt or translate Your Contribution at Our discretion and You waive any “moral rights” that may exist in Your Contribution.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage to You or Your property unless caused directly by Our negligence.
• Although We hope to use Your Contribution, We cannot guarantee to do so.
• In consideration of mutual exchange of obligations, You and We agree to these terms.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts applies.

Data Protection & Privacy Terms

Your Privacy

• We are responsible as a Data Controller for handling personal data You provide, including Your
  Contribution, in accordance with data protection law.
• We have a legitimate interest in using Your personal data for journalistic, artistic and literary purposes and for fulfilling Our legal obligations.
• You may also provide special category or criminal offence data which may be used for the purposes of journalism, arts and literature or otherwise where the law allows.
• We recognise Your rights under data protection law, but You are responsible for ensuring that You do not provide personal information (personal data) in Your Contribution, that You would not consent to being broadcast by Us.

Data Protection

• We are committed to ensuring that all content which is broadcast by Us, does not contain or disclose personal information (personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018); which has the potential to cause harm or distress to any individual or infringe on their privacy rights.
• You as a Contributor have responsibility to ensure that any personal data which you disclose in your Contribution, relating to any individual other than yourself; is done so with the full consent of that individual or their legally appointed representatives. *
• You as a Contributor have a responsibility to inform Us if You become aware of or suspect that Your Contribution has or will subsequently, result in the infringement of an individual’s privacy rights, caused them harm or distress and/or will result in a complaint by them.
• You should be aware, if you intend to include pseudonymised personal data about an individual within Your Contribution ( E.g. Replacing their name with a false one or number etc...) does not guarantee that their identity will be protected and You should therefore still seek their consent for inclusion in Your Contribution.*
• We will not accept liability for any claims or damages by any individual, whose rights were compromised by your Contribution.
• We reserve the right to verify any consent which You claim to have gained from individuals who feature in Your Contribution, prior to use of that Contribution.

* This does not include personal data relating any individual which is already widely available in the public domain and published by recognised reliable sources. In these circumstances only that information already published should be utilised in Your Contribution, the source of that information identified and no further alteration or speculation on Your part be added.
