Podcast Lifecycle
You may need all of this or only some of it, but here’s what goes into making a successful podcast.
PLANNING
Before recording, we’ll help you plan your podcast so that it achieves your objectives.
We’ll help you develop a concept that’s engages your target audience, help you plan episodes and source guests, and assist with scripting and lines of questioning.
We’ll cast and source professional hosting talent, and provide media training for non-professional hosts.
We’ll advise on equipment or locations for recording. And we’ll give advice on release schedules, distribution and promotion.
RECORDING
We have a range of equipment and processes to suit all types of podcasts.
We also record lots of shows remotely. We can provide studio quality microphones and link hosts and guests from anywhere in the world.
We will be there at recording sessions to ensure everything goes smoothly and provide all the production support you need.
Wherever and however you record, we’ll make your podcast sound as good as it can.
POST-PRODUCTION
We’ll edit the recordings into engaging episodes, processing audio for optimum quality, reducing background noise, removing filler words and hesitations for natural flow.
We’ll add sound design, which may include sound effects and/or music, either custom composed or sourced from music libraries.
We’ll render episodes to the correct format and standards ready for publishing.
We can also atomise your podcast content into audiograms, audio and image clips for online sharing, and repurpose your podcast for other uses.
PUBLISHING AND PROMOTION
We’ll make sure your podcast is everywhere it needs to be, with the correct keywords and metadata to maximise discoverability.
Whether you’re starting a new podcast or have an established show, letting the right people know about your podcast is as important as having engaging content.
There are many ways we can help you grow your podcast audience and promote it to the right audience: radio show inclusion, social setup and management, video clips, feed drops and swaps, PR, and paid advertising.
We have excellent relationships with all the podcast and streaming platforms and in some cases may be able to help you monetise your podcast.
